Cancellation Policy
Life happens and that’s okay. If you must miss an appointment simply call or go online to cancel or reschedule. A 24 hour notice is required for there to be no charge to the card on file. If less than 24 HOURS NOTICE is given or if you are a total no-show there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled. If you are late, your session will still have to end on time as there are other clients to consider. If there has been no contact from you 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-show and the fee will be charged.
